How long is the shipping process?
Standard shipping is 3-7 business days once order has shipped. Sale orders ship out in the order they were received.
The Roots That Ground Us, The Oddly Intuitive Tarot Journal and A Sacred Grimoire of Conjure are distributed and published by Lulu Direct. The current shipping process varies based on time of year and production load. Generally, the shipping timeframe is anywhere between 2-3 weeks from purchase. This time may be shortened given the workload.
How long is the creation process?
With the uniqueness of the jewelry and our candles, orders could take up to 16 business days to complete.
What is the cost for shipping?
Shipping varies depending on the region. Shipping cost now starts at $9.50 upwards to $20.00, which varies depending on the weight of the entire package, box/envelope included. Most times, packages are shipped priority. All orders comes with a tracking number and insurance which covers up to $100 in value.
During checkout, you have the option to add additional insurance which has a 100% Payment guarantee & protects your order from damage, loss, or theft for a minimal fee as provided by Ship Insurance.
SHIPMENT ADDRESS CHANGES:
Effective February 3rd 2023 regarding unknown addresses, if for whatever reason the address is incorrect and needs to be revised AFTER the shipping process has begun. Meaning, I have made a trip to the post office and was advised that the address isn't found or is unknown. I will notify you via email of such issues. An additional $5.00 fee will be added to the total cost of your purchase in order to ship. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled and refunded. So please VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.

Moonstone Energy WILL NOT be held responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. You have the option to add shipping insurance to your order at checkout for $1.00 which covers lost/stolen/damaged items, which is offered by the company "Insurance".

All packages are sent priority mail through USPS which includes insurance up to $100 by default.

How does the pre-order process work?
Once you’ve placed your order for your pre-order, you will be billed upon checkout. Pre-orders can take anywhere between 14-30 days to fulfill. If the pre-order item is a service or digital product, the timeframe for delivery can be anywhere between 30-60 days. You will be notified when the item has shipped along with any subsequent updates on said item.
*Please be aware that the tarot hoodies are made to order. They will be shipped from the distributor that is overseas to Moonstone Energy, then I will ship it to you. Please have patience as this can take up to 30days to receive.
If your order contains an item that is NOT a pre-order, the NON-pre-order items will be shipped first.
What shipping company does "Moonstone Energy” use?
USPS (United States Postal Service)
Priority Mail 1-3 business days once package leaves.
When do I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.

Does "Moonstone Energy" have a policy for return/exchange?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our behalf, in which we will make the changes to correct it immediately.

Due to the nature of the services rendered, there will be NO REFUNDS on intuitive tarot reading services or spiritual advice/coaching services.
BEYOND THE CLASSROOM: MENTORSHIP
Can I receive a refund on the mentorship?
At this time, all coaching sessions are non-refundable
How do I book a session?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
At this time, we offer a monthly option only. If you have additional questions, or need assistance after our weekly meetings. You will receive a phone number to call or text.
SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
